All applications should be made online at least four weeks in advance of the event taking place.
In order to have an application approved, organisers must provide an exhaustive risk assessment and demonstrate they are following UK Athletics rules - In particular ensuring the correct pricing structure for affiliated/unaffiliated runners and enforcing the correct age restrictions.
