The course is a traffic-free, looped mixed terrain course. The loops will be 5km in distance and so you will need to complete 2 laps for your 10k, 4 laps for a half marathon, 8 laps to cover the full marathon distance, and then it is up to you how far you run within the 6hr time limit.
