A segmental trail race over 26 miles, involving 10 separate 2.6 mile laps, with laps starting every 30 minutues. The race is for both solo runners and teams running as relay, with 1 lap per stage. The race will commence at 7pm and finish at approximately midnight, so that latter part will be run in the dark; with runners being required to wear a suitable head-torch. The course will be marked, using reflective markers and direction arrows. The course will be completely within the ground of the National Trust’s Calke Park.
