Further information

Join us as we tell 2020 exactly where it can go and we welcome in the new year with our New Year's Resolution Run! Surely 2021 will be an improvement on 2020 and what a great way to welcome in the new year and run off those Christmas calories!rnrnrnWe will be using medals from our festive collection for this event.rnrnrnThe event is a 7hr time challenge event for all runners.rnrnrnThere will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon. rnrnrnThe aid station is at the start line and therefore available every 3.0 miles and 4.37 miles. The toilets are situated inside the race HQ which is available for our runners to use from 8:30am and for the entire event. Unfortunately restrictions mean you cannot wait inside and the changing rooms are not available at this time.rnrnrnThe course is along the Thames River path and classified as a trail run.rnrnrnMinimum distance is 4.37 miles or as far as you can go in 7 hours.rnrnrnWe have had the use of our aid table approved by various Councils and SAGs as long as we adhere to social distancing and ensure runners do not help themselves. There will be a restricted range, but there is more than just water available. You must bring your own cup / bottle along for refills. There will also be a small vegan section on the aid table too and yes, there will be watermelon!rnrnrnAs well as a great medal, all finishers will continue to receive our goody bag or vegan goody bag!
